This hat by Miller & Rhoads of Virginia is from around the 1960's. It is made of a woven material that I believe is plastic, it's softer than straw and flexible. It is navy with black faceted buttons on the front with navy swags in a patent material with matching trim around the edge. The interior band is clean. The only real condition issue is the label is yellowed with age. Very Jackie O! I ship same or next business day.
